Ok, just for fun.  When you men are doing an outcall, how do you greet the lady at the door? Dressed for work, casual, naked, wearing "something sexy" while hiding behind the door?

I like to show up to the hotel naked.
I tell the concierge that I am there to see a Hooker, and to part way  
They always do.

The ladies generally respond more favorably when you are visiting them (incall) if you dress business casual.  When they are visiting you for an outcall, regular casual (jeans, golf shirt) works just as well.

They've likely seen it all so it's not like a naked man would be shocking, but I can't help think that the first time you meet someone it should start with an introduction instead of "look at my dick!"

As much as I like for the lady to be dressed sexy, I agree with you that you have to be a little "conservative" so you don't stand out.  

Always something clean, pressed, and neat.  I try to be respectful and look decent.  

And that makes sense considering how much attention gals give to their shoes.
