Appointment scheduled in a few days. So I have not had sex or jerked off in almost a week and I have a sesh scheduled in a few days. Really looking forward to this sesh.I have also been watching a lot of porn cause it gets me worked up, but I don't allow myself to finish, u know to essentially be so worked up on the day the sesh comes. ...I'm not convinced it works.  What's the purpose for you?  Are you trying to enhance MSOG?  If so, who knows whether that will work.  You might just pop too quickly, then not be able to go again (my fear).  Let us know how it turns out.  Good lick, er, luck...

Depends.  I tried abstaining fro a week and that didn't really worked in one instance.  Just no chemistry with the lady even though she was gfe and pretty.  Then, on another instance, I abstain only for 1 day. And I was able to do 3 pops with the lady I saw.  I normally try to abstain 2 -3 days not more

I actually find that the more I masturbate the more easily I come and the more communicative I am with my partners. I guess for me though it is about getting more comfortable with myself and not being in my twenties anymore.
