Now, which city/state is our beloved Mr. SixtyMinuteMan located?

Last Sunday, we had a little contest here:

What was the very first movie that addressed the sensitive issue of a romance between a provider and a john?

The winner is:

Mr. "SixtyMinuteMan", and the answer is:
Camille (1909) based on Alexander Dumas novel

[many versions have been made, see: http://us.imdb.com/find?tt=on;mx=20;q=camille]

I don't know where Mr. SixtyMinuteMan lives, but I am sure one of the gorgeous, sophisticated, and intellectually stimulating providers, will contact him via his private messaging, and will offer that deeeeeeply discounted session!  And if someday I visited the city that she lives, I will reward her personally!

Since we had a recent posting on the subject, this is obviously a timeless issue.  Some of the other answers were: Breakfast at Tiffany [most don't realize it!], Blue Angel, Bell du Jour [a masterpiece by Luis Bunnuel], and Blonde Venus.

There is another movie that I have found it to be very true to life, and that is Elizabeth Taylor's Butterfield 8.  I was a little boy when I saw it, was mesmerized by it, and the rest is my own secret!

OK, now we want that beautiful and cultured provider to reward our Champion Mr. SixtyMinuteMan!
