is to try and access TER without VPN, then turn on your VPN, refresh the page and try to open another page.

...more of the damn Captcha thing to log on in the last few hours. Is it the VPN.  The damn thing just went on and on. Click the road signs, look at the new images, click on the pictures of roads, click on the store fronts, ( The damn words are in Chinese or Korean, or something. I don't know if it's a store front or not!). There isn't enough here to have to go through all that every time I want to log in and see what's up.

 
(Yes, I know I exaggerated about it taking an hour but it was far too much!)
