then the numbers of 25% to 45% are stated....that isn't slightly off to me!  Damn.....business sucks (literally and figuaratively).

I'm sure our provider friends are experiencing similar if not so drastic effects.   I don't buy diesel and it's a short trip to my favorites but the economy does figure in spending on "fun stuff."
