Can the search engine be modified to make it easier to search for providers?
Under "Providers Appearance:--->Ethnicity" could you please make it easier to query for a providers ethnicity?
Just keep it simple: for example, Latina, Caucasian, Asian, Black, European.

This would make searching so much easier.

What do you blokes think about this suggestion?

ANYTHING whatsoever to do with the reviews, or Search Engine's capabilities, (or lack thereof). Repeat, Mods have NOTHING to do with Reviews, Problem Reports, Searches, or Policies in General!

Our domains are very stricyly limited to the specific Discussion Boards (Only) that WE moderate. (Some moderators have different styles of Moderating their individual boards, but that is a completely different issue).  Girl Next Door moderates this board, but has nothing to do with search engines, reviews, TER policies, problem reports etc.

Your question is really one for "Staff". "Staff" makes all policy, rules, regulations, and is also in charge of all technical matters!  Think of "Staff" like the great Oz, and us as Munchkins!

2) BTW, I tried searching by ethnicity, and had NO problem!  (For instance, I did a search in NYC for Latinas with C cup or bigger, and got 156 ladies to appear.  I also tried by "English" and got about a dozen ladies.  

I DID notice (to my surprise), that the search engine has been changed to "African American" instead of Black.  I can only assume this was a tip of the hat to PC, but I think "Black" is more appropriate because not nearly all Black girls are "American". For instance a Jamaican is Black, but NOT "African American". (I saw a girl from the West Indies (Trinidad), who was Black, but not "African American". Same with Black girls living in Europe- Certainly they're NOT African American. Brazilians can be Black, but again are NOT American.

Try a search again using ethnicity, I can only assume you're doing something wrong, because  I had NO problem. (Another possibility, is that the city you're searching in is small, or less cosmopoltan, and has less "ethnic" choices).

This is completely irrelevant to the point of this discussion, but Brazilians (and other southern american nationalities) ARE americans.  Remember, the Americas consist of both North and South America, and many South Americans take offense when the term "American" is assumed to mean "North American".

Generally, the citizens of The United States of America, are designated "Americans".  We don't really have another designation for citizens of the USA, we aren't Unitedians, Statians...but Americans.
It's the only name we got.

Now the other countries of North America, have Canadians and Mexicans...and neither of them seem to really like to be called Americans...

So where as technically Brazilians, Colombians, etc. as Well as Canadians and Mexicans are technically "Americans"  only us mutts from the USA have no other contry citizenship desigantion but "American"...does that make us Double Americans?

Call it a side-by-side note...now that brings some naughty thoughts to mind ! ! !

Oh and how bout those Centeral Americans, they are nice people too.

America defines a certain piece of geography consiting of the northern and the southern half-continent. Tagging only citizens of the USA as "American" is fundamentally inaccurate - and I let be the "wrongs" the assorted alphabet-soup groups would bleat and go to court about. If you want to refer specifically to citizens of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, the term has to be "US citizen" and, since there are also (legal)residents in the USA that are non-citizens, "US residents" would be even better. And it neatly scates around all the distinctions that separately identify those who happen to be physically live in the USA but whose paperwork may be "dodgy" - as opposed to Daimler (???)
