Typical prescription insurance limits you to 6 pills per month!  At that rate, I (I mean My Friend) will surely die before realizing a lifetime of intimacies.

Not for nothing, I just went to 1stop.com to check their pricing.  I'm paying exactly the same here at my local pharmacy, so I would be careful.  I am told, and I don't know where you live, that you can go to Canada (specifically if you live in NY to Montreal or to Niagara Falls {Viagra Falls?}), and pay about 25-35% less than the fairly standard  ~10.00/pill.  I haven't tried this yet.
