Provider rates are often called "donations" and that seems to be the most common, but I also frequently see Horarium, Remuneration, Roses, Compensation, Rates, Consideration and probably a few others I can't immediately call to mind.
When I was a nouveau heux on backpage, I used to write the donation as reasons.

which means in Latin, "Provisions".
