I always looked at facials as something that degraded women and made them an object rather than a person.  Almost as low as a Golden Shower, or worse.  I never even considered doing it.  Be that as it may, as I understand it, lots of guys want to do this so I guess it does have value to them, and if the provider is willing, who am I to dictate someone else's pleasure?  Just my .02.

Honestly, for me, I do look for ladies that are willing to take a facial.  I'm sure other look for it especially if their SO aren't into it.

I just ahd a date with a lady last week who told me that she truly enjoyed facials. She even stated that they were good for her skin. It isn't my thing, but she loves it and here in LA too.
