Keeping your email box clean

One of the most important things I learned in the hobby was how imperative it is to keep your box clean, especially if any sensitive information has been passed through private messages. Every now and again I like to clear out my sent folder and delete most of my inbox. I am also doing that with my regular email boxes now too and have been going through my old one's (under previous screen names used) and have been cleaning out those boxes as well, just in case
