1. Assess an extra $5-10 per month fee for the TER membership, or better yet, TER would apportion that same amount from each membership fee collected, and agencies would contribute 5% of their net profit, that would be allocated for childcare, education, or counseling expenses for all providers.

Assess? Collect? Allocate?  Who? How? Why again???

2. All members of the hobby would petition the government for free universal healthcare. Most hobbyists have healthcare, whereas many providers do not – and that ain’t right.

Um, this is a personal decision. Whether a person hobbies or not has nothing to do with it.

3. Allow ladies to have free VIP memberships to, at the very least, access their own reviews. It's not fair if a provider cannot afford TER membership and thus cannot see what has been written about her.

They already do.

4. Allow ladies to post a response in the style of “letters to the editor” in newspapers to their negative reviews.

Good luck with that.  


5. At the ratio of once out of every 20 sessions, require providers and agencies to give a 50% reduced rate to hobbyists who have demonstrable proof that they work in the public interest, i.e. military, poverty lawyer, doctors working at community health centers, teachers.

Um, you can't tell people how to charge for their services.  Explain to me why a philanthropist would deserve a break on paying for sex....

6. Agency girls must have at least a 30 min break between sessions and not work more than a 10 hour day.
