“You have on the one hand, government wisely providing easy public access to condoms that will prevent disease, but then with the other hand, you have the government reaching back into the pockets of these vulnerable people to seize the condoms and use them against these often exploited and victimized sex workers in court,”

Your thoughts?

If you're curious, you can read the bill on the table that would ban the use of condoms as evidence.

I buy mine by the 100 count tin, so I guess they would assume with 10,000 posts on TER, that I actually work based on the number of condoms I have? Classic. I think it is a good idea to not allow "condom use" or "condom count" to be evidence against sex workers. Some don't even use condoms lol.

This scares those who carry condoms and are not breaking the law. Gee, talk about promoting safety.

I was under the impression that they are trying to pass a law saying they CAN'T use the condom thing as evidence any longer. Right now, condoms, cell phone, computer etc. are able to be used as evidence when trying to bust a provider/john.

Two years ago, I visited a Chicago AMP. After getting the massage by a beautiful young Chinese woman, she asked if I wanted "extras"? I said that she was a beautiful and sexy woman and I really wanted to fuck her. She then confirmed that I was not "the police" by looking at my business card and ID.

She said it would cost $100.

I said sure beautiful woman. I gave her my credit card and she ran it and brought me the receipt to sign. She took the signed copy to the office and returned to remove all her clothes revealing a sexy "full and silky Asian woman bush."

To my surprise she pulls out a roll of saran wrap and covers my already hard cock in one layer of wrap. She applies some oil to my covered dick and then jumps on me cowgirl. It was a strange feeling fucking this way but I was so horny and the sight of her small tits and full silky bush pushed me over the edge. I nutted just past the five minute mark. She climbed off of me to discover the saran wrap had broken while we fucked. My nut was deposited deep inside her sweet pussy.

She seemed a little worried and asked me if "I was sick." I said no since I think she was asking if I had AIDS. I asked why she did not just use a condom with me. She said the police will use a dirty condom as evidence against the AMP.

Scumbag police!!!

No they would assume, just like the rest of us, that with 10,000 posts and ninety nine of those 100 condoms still unused that you don't work at all. lol

have had a similar policy (there was a HRW report about it: http://www.hrw.org/news/2012/07/19/us-police-practices-fuel-hiv-epidemic) but with this and DC's recent clarification that condoms cannot be used as reason for arrest (http://dcist.com/2013/03/dc_police_clarify_that_carrying_mor.php) hopefully the culture is changing.
