TER General Board

A few rules...

I've been fortunate enough to avoid scammers.  I attribute it to a couple of simple rules:

1)  I have evidence that they've met with other clients.  Either they have a personal reference from someone I know.  Or, they have multiple reviews from clients who have reviewed multiple providers.  I stay away from the girls with one review or multiple reviews from clients who themselves only have one review, hers.  Sorry guys, but I'm just not the guy to TOFTT.

2)  'Photo Accurate' on their TER profile is affirmative.

That, after all, is the primary purpose of TER.  Regardless of whether they are on P411 or RS2K or ???, if they don't meet the above rules, no matter how much my loins stir when looking at their profile, I move on.

We set a time to meet the next day and then she didn't ask for screening information.
(Messaged an hour before the time to meet and no response)

Tell me when you found out it was fake and how it was fake

I've never encountered a fake or a rip-off. I don't plan on ever doing so either.

"A long time ago in a galaxy far away......"

Yeah, I was young and stupid once upon a time, and fell for fake photo's.....never ripped off, just catfished. I learned to walk from the outright fakes, but it took a while. Always think with the big head. If they misrepresent, you walk.

"If you can't learn from your mistakes, then don't make them"

is that, with the rampant use of photoshopping, where is the line between real and fake?  When does "enhancement" cross the line into misrepresentation?  I never expect a girl to look exactly like the glam photos, and so it's difficult to have a line in the sand where I would walk out of an appointment due to misrepresentation from the photos.

if a photo is altered so it affects the appearance of the subject, it’s fake.

If the photo is changed in that way and there’s nothing mentioned about the change, eg “Tattoos have been obscured for my security”, it’s misrepresentation.

The IMPORTANT question is, is it MATERIAL misrepresentation?  That is, is the misrepresentation enough by itself to change one’s decision on whether to see a provider?  That “line in the sand” will vary for each person.  For me, it would have to be extreme for me to walk out. And I haven’t done it yet. Recent reviews help where pics may be enhanced or outdated.

The fine line between a lie and misrepresentation is pretty hilarious to me.

Reminds me of this

There was a time when your tattoo example would have been a line I would not have crossed, but after seeing dozen's of providers with tattoos, I'm used to them and it's not the turn off it used to be for me.  I think not only does it very from person to person, it can change for the same person over time.

following you. Standing you up or lack of screening doesn't necessarily mean she's fake. Depending on the info you provided at the beginning, some girls can screen quietly without you knowing it.

Got a name or link, by the way?

I posted her ad on my regional board. Washington, DC

Update: after ghosting on appointed time then she texts me at 2 in the morning the next day "still want to meet?" lol

Also, google Chloe Bailey escort and scroll down to almost the bottom for the usasexguide link
A guy toftt and confirmed pictures don't match.

But er@s is just almost all trash now (russian mob has taken over). I text and email numbers and no response. emails bounce back.

I was in my car, on my way to the hotel when she texted in a panic because she had forgotten to screen me.
Fortunately, she was well reviewed, so I knew she wasn't a fake, and I had recently seen a doubles partner of hers so screening took all of 5 minutes texting the other provider.

The first lady I ever met in this business did no screening. She met me in a public place (a Taco Bell lol) and looked at my drivers license. Didn't write anything down or take a picture of it - just LOOKED at it.

Then had me follow her to her apartment and once inside she lifted up her tank top and sports bra and had me feel her tits to make sure I wasn't LE.  I kept my laughter to myself.

So I met someone from a Korean brothel at a Starbucks , who didn't even ask for my license. Just walked me to the apartment building on 47th off 8th avenue.
Her name was "Dream". That was 2008. A great experience, and I had no idea what to expect.  First timer learning about the shower and clean up.....sweetest tasting pussy I ever had, and she fucked me silly, but I couldn't come because of the cover. She took it off and gave me a HJ until I exploded. After waiting 10 minutes, she was ready to try again....I couldn't go.

I was hooked. Didn't get a proper review until my next date. A well reviewed girl named Malissa, if anyone remembers? She vouched for me after that.  I used P411, and references. Never an ID.

Anyway, screening is always an issue for first timers. Many gaslighting today, saying giving your ID is "standard". BS.

Yes, I was a member of P411 from 2008-2014 .  I could live with the terms. Never had a problem with my privacy being violated. Maybe I was just lucky.

"ADMIRERS: When you sign up for a admirer membership, Preferred411 collects some personal information for verification purposes, including and not limited to: full name, e-mail address, telephone number, website url, etc. Private information collected during the verification process is deleted and destroyed once the verification process is completed. The information we keep at the point of activation is P411 ID, email address, user name, security questions, and partial phone number."

A big difference between using P411 and giving your personal info to a provider.

Anyway, I just do the occasional body rub now.

SB's are a whole other kettle of fish however.

If a p411 admirer physically harms, robs, or turns into a stalker, what does purpose does p411 hold for a provider?

Can she call them and be like “Steve -4-N12 raped me and I need his info”. How does that work?

No I did not. I joined in 2017 when Gina was still in charge. A provider I had seen asked me why I wasn't a member. I told her I didn't think it would do much for me.

She told me that if she vouched for me by emailing me a link to join I would get 6 months free. I assumed it was 6 months on the back end of a paid membership period, but I was wrong - it was 6 months free with no obligation at all. So I did it.

Filled out my profile info and I was never asked for any personal information. I clicked "submit" and about 20 minutes later I received an email telling me that my membership was approved.

I don't know how it works now or if a provider or providers can still vouch for a client to join.

While I initially didn't think the membership was of much use, I quickly found out that it greatly simplified the process of seeing someone new and I have come to regard it as invaluable. Even though I have seen comments here from ladies who don't consider it "screening" and need more info to approve a meeting, I have only encountered two ladies in 5 years that would not accept membership and a very large number who do accept it without question once they see my okays.

I regret not just taking the lifetime membership when it was offered, for like$199 ?  I remember Gina.

Good question as to whether provider's can still vouch for a client to join?

I was an advocate on the boards for a similar service, DateCheck (now defunct). Gina offered me a free 5 year subscription to convert me to P411. They required two (2) provider vouches, plus my ID and they verified my employment by calling... this was 15 years ago, or so. I believe they still require two provider vouches to join. Best decision I've made in this endeavor. I also wish I had taken the Lifetime membership while it was being offered.

The best thing about DateCheck was that in order to OK you, a provider had to rate you as well. There was a scale from 1 to 5, ranging from "Do Not Recommend" to "Highly Recommend". I liked that aspect of the service.

As far as providers asking for ID, that's crap. IMO, vouches from other providers are a great way to ensure both safety and protect anonymity. That's the way it was done forever, and it worked - especially in conjunction with a verification service.

I co-sign on your post. I remember date check, had completely forgotten about it until you mentioned it.

Yes, provider's need to vouch for you, but it puts newbies in the catch-22 situation of needing to see someone first. That's where P411 shines as a screening aid, provided you can find a newbie friendly provider to get you over the hump.

Method of scheduling and I disclose this everywhere I post ads. For me it's the safer way to hobby/provide as there is a verification process for providers as well. I wish more people,  no EVERYONE would use p411. I absolutely love p411 it just doesn't get as much use yet in Ohio.
