Open Problem Report Prohibits Follow-up on Review

A few weeks back I opened up a problem report on one of my reviews; it had been unilaterally decremented by TER on performance without discussion.  According to the TER review guidelines, the performance evaluation is eligible for a higher number that what it was downgraded to.  I submitted the problem with the "Report a Problem" button on the review.  No feedback yet.  I went to resubmit the problem report but was prohibited because there's already an open report, presumably mine.  Anyone know how to fix this?  Maybe the mods can help?  Thanks.

click on My Reviews at the top left.

You will be told why your review was not approved. If you can change it so that you believe it will go through then do it and click submit. It goes back into the queue for approval.

Attempting to change a review view the Problem Report system will likely not get you anywhere.

As an aside, last I looked I had like 70+ reviews, but scanning them found at least 8 or 10 that were not approved. I think at the time I could have cared less, so did not bother. Others where the website had gone dead had been removed also. So many times what a hobbyist shows as his review total on his name line, is not always accurate. Oh well.

In order to offset this, I see many reviewers stating their ratings in the body of the review where, apparently so far, TER is allowing that to stay.

I've had a few ratings downgraded so I think I'm going to start doing likewise.

The review was approved, just unilaterally changed by TER, and changed in a way that is at odds with TER's review guidelines.  Thanks!

Thanks, mrfisher.  I've adopted that practice as it seems a legitimate and useful way for the reviewer to convey a personal evaluation of performance without the somewhat artificial dependency on types of services performed.  The review in question has this personal assessment in the body of the review.

In the Account Manager page link list to the left is a link named "Review Questions", which links to a form for submitting presumably review-related questions.  I used this to reload my inquiry about TER's unilateral change to the review performance rating.  We'll see if I hear back through this method...

TER got back to me today and corrected the review performance score!

the profile is still available and searchable. I have a few where the websites are now dead as well but they are still listed under My Review tab.
