MasterZen's thread below reminded me of the Johari Window (pictured below). I found an interactive site to explore this notion further. It will be difficult because it is going to be for the most part based solely on an online persona. But that's what will make it fun. Add in a few responses from people we've met in person and this could get interesting!

While it would be interesting if those I have met with actually answered, my board presence is minimal so not sure what answers for others would be based on.
