I use a tablet exclusively in order to cover my tracks.  I want no traces on any computer that even has the most minute chance of being tracked.  So when I encounter a web site that does not support a tablet or SmartPhone, then I move on permanently.

Overall for most sites between 20-30% of all traffic now comes from smartphones and tablets.  I would suspect it is even higher for providers given the clientele and the constant need to look up information (email address, phone number, rates, etc.) while on the go.

I have met mrfisher.  I have partied with mrfisher.  He has the demeanor of a demi-god.
(and if you know who this is, you are dating yourself!).

And no wise cracks or I'll strike you with my whangee cane.

Only I just upgraded to push button.

They are super reliable and last forever.  Guests wonder what antique shop I got them at, but they are still made by ITT, and cost about $35.

You won't regret it, fish.  I resisted for years, then finally got one last Sept.  I'm totally in love with it and it lets me stay in touch with emails and boards (and hookers!) no matter where I am.  For example, if there's been a screw-up with either of our burn phone #s, I can still email or PM her.  One less way for a date to get fucked up.
Then there was Sandy.  I was without my cable modem for two weeks but was able to go on line with the 4G function.  You can't go wrong with it.  Just be sure to get one of your kids (or some young person) to help you set it up and figure out how it works.
I've got the Samsung Galaxy SIII but people who have the iPhone love them.  It really depends on whether you also use a Mac or PC for computing.

Maybe they ought to dumb one down a bit, then I won't have a complex about it.

For example, I once got a budget GPS that all it could say was:  Why don't you stop at a gas station and ask for the directions?

I got rid of it though as it reminded me too much of my ex.

If you mean, can I see it at all on the phone (as in: No use of Flash), that is very important.

If you mean, do you need to have a special version of the site just for mobile, that's not important at all.

You can see a full web site on a phone just fine normally, just make sure it looks OK on a smartphone.  No need to create a tiny version just for mobile users

I did a flash gallery on purpose, and now my site is password protected. Then again, I am here all day so if a guy wants to know something, he can PM me. I have found that many guys who only surf your site from a phone, don't bother reading it and just click the contact button. That is exactly what I want to avoid.
