Would you prefer a 10 girl who is clearly a knockout but doesn't give you a real gfe or would you prefer an 8...a gal who is definitely pretty but not perfect and gives you a truly enjoyable gfe...a couple recent reviews have me feeling slightly insecure and I just gotta know what you fellas really think

It's the woman's personality, attitude, etc. that make the difference.

You have nothing to be nervious about.  Stunning good looks (most often found on really young providers) is not the be all & end all.  We guys like to be with a pretty girl but as long as I find her "attractive" that's all that is required.  Sure, there are those who just shop the pictures...  That's their loss.  (Leaves more time for guys like me who know the true beauty is inside.)
Eventually, the picture shoppers will learn that it's performance that counts.  I'd rather have a nice 'Vette than a Ferrari with a bum engine.

This (or a related) topic has come up several times on different TER boards.  Do a search for "10/7" and you'll find at least three threads (probably more) in the past couple of years about this.

I would prefer not to choose -- I want to have my cake and eat it too -- and my choice might differ from day to day.  But if I have to choose, I'd probably take a 10/7 over a 7/10.  Performance can be improved and can vary from experience to experience.  Appearance scores are a little trickier.  It's similar to the old basketball coaching adage: you can't teach height.  I can help you learn to shoot and pass but I can't help you be 6'11".

More important to me than either the performance scores or appearance scores (which are often so subjective that they become almost meaningless) is attitude.  I think lots of guys factor that into the performance score and that may be where it belongs.  Having a good attitude, both for the provider and the hobbyist, is the most important aspect of making a great connection, much more so than model appearance or porn star performance.

Although I have to admit that I've run into the occasional lady, usually young and inexperienced in this sport, whose performance will no doubt improve with practice, but whose appearance was so dazzling, whose manner so captivating, that  I continued to see her. After all, this gave me the opportunity to help develop her skills lol

Now admittedly if I find a lady who is a 10 / 9 I'm a happy guy.

FWIW I do not think you have *anything* to be insecure about. This review biz is not science, not even close. Yes I know it can affect business. But the proposition of "grading" either / or appearance / performance on a scale of 1 to 10 is ludicrous.

Neither providers nor hobbyists should take it as seriously as they do.

At the end of the day, the thing that persuades me to see a provider is most often the written content of her reviwes in the details section.

When I look at scores for looks - I've found that 8-10 are generally the same... the point difference is usually in personality (with some exceptions - where the performance is a 6 but looks are a 10 - meaning you are NOT in for a good time), chemistry with the hobbiest and finally personal perception of beauty.... after all.... what is beauty?

the next category down are 7-8... and those too are pretty dam good.  Below that 5-7 you had better have an 8 or above in performance to attract business....  

GFE?  love GFE - and would take a performer where every body says her personality is great, and she makes you feel welcome over a cold hearted cut-throat bitch who rates a 10

From my providers, I don't look for a 10. I want a knockout body, not necessarily a perfect face. Everyone's definition of a knockout body is different, so what I'm looking for may not match what everyone else on TER wants.

I also want my provider to communicate that she is "into" me, and for our time together, nothing is  more important than satisfying me. I know it sounds selfish (and it is), but that ability to be completely and unashamedly selfish is exactly what I'm looking for, and paying for.

I don't think my requirements would fall into the classic definition of GFE - maybe closer to PSE.

Eights, sevens for sure take the GFE everytime. Think I read the two reviews you speak of... if a guy is so body crazy then 18-22 is there.. but as they say "women are like wine, better with age"

I think that the GFE part is far more important.  While I've been with 10's before, that is certainly not any indication of their performance.  I believe that they may be less inclined to perform because they know that their looks have carried them before.

It's all about the sex and the gal's personality for me.  In general I don't pay much attention to the appearance number in the reviews. IMHO both numbers are simply a TER tease to get non-VIP's interested in reading the reviews and sighing up for VIP.  I look at the pictures on a gal's website and read her reviews.  A won't choose a supermodel with mediocre reviews. I want to see what other guys have said about the experience.  That's more important to me than an arbitrary number.

My close friend loves well-endowed, larger women; I love petite Asian girls.  As a result, my 10s are not 10s to him, and his 10s aren't 10s to me.

For me, it's all about personality, attitude and compatibility.  When I find that, an 8 becomes a 10+ in my book, and I will return again and again to see a pretty girl who makes me feel like she really enjoys spending time with me.

Men want it all, PERIOD.  I'm not content until I find the hot little thing with the perfect GFE skills.  If I'm going to settle for less, I'm sure as hell not looking to pay for it.

...who may only think of herself as a 7 or 8 but is a consistent 9-10 provider, over a gorgeous gal who has more than a sprinkling of 5's thru 7's in the performance area.

I suspect some of these ladies coast on what nature provided them.

Eventually it catches up and many don't stay the course long.  At least not on TER.

I think most guys if they're honest with themselves would agree.


The trick here is guys seek out the 9-10 in BOTH departments.  Then gauge if they want to come up with the $$$ to slate their craving.

I wanted to change it later to an 8 / 9 because the memories were so hot but TER would not let me.  The next time I saw her her make up was perfect and I could not believe I gave her a 7.  The write up reflected how hot she is though.

You can't do much to control what goes in the "Looks" box (other than being clean and trying to take care of yourself).

But, you have 90% control over what goes in the performance box (Just aloting for the guys who are difficult).

Worry about what you can control and everything else will work itself out.

8 for appearance and the 10 for performance.

Another easy question.Man I love tuesdays! An 8 GFE. Personality goes WAY beyond Aesthetics. Muy Bueno DFK(mucho tambien). What? Inglese por favor! Bubbly demeanor. A waif with 'latent sexual agression' tendencies. Nothing gets the fish swimming more-so than a girl who won't take "it's just not going to happen' as an option. NEXT QUESTION! I'M ON A ROLL HERE!!

If I go with a 6 then it would have to rate performance in the 9.

at 7/8 is the minimum I look for regularly.

The above mentioned any day. If I want to see 10's without personality, attitude, lack luster,lazy and feeling that she is entitled to not doing much. Just go to the mall or a café in Beverly Hills.

PS.. met a super nice and popular Provider in Las Vegas..many of her reviews says 8's and even 7's..they were looking at the few bad pics she got up there on her site. She is not a 7 by TER standards.

That girl has me now rethinking and retooling all that I have written on a few other expensive and diva drama queen attics in the pron Industry I have seen and or met.

This rating system needs to have a drop down menu in the submit review section where the Looks rating is rendered, one that describes what is a 10 ETC. Also a warning to not BS.

This girl I speak of, I would give her a 10 and I can honestly back it up. Why?? some of her wonderful personality and conversation abilities would spill over to her looks. Funny how a persons insides can compliment her outsides. I hope there will be a review coming someday. She is Awesome
