So I'm noticing the ladies reviews that are all good... 8's and 9's by a dozen.

I notice one review where she received, 6/7.
I clicked on his reviews and he seemed to give all his dates lower scores.

Not that there is anything wrong with that,  AND
I have never seen any of who he has.

Would a provider ever not see a hobbyist that is consistent in his low ratings of looks and/or performance?

Your thoughts if any?

But not all ladies look to see if the guy even IS a reviewer, let alone how he scores.  

So yes, some ladies take a guy's reviewing habits into consideration.

Because the score (or any negativity whatsoever) can and often does directly impact our business.  Our income.  

 

Take my most recent review:  7/7.    
He's not typically a stingy-scorer (compared to the ladies' typical scores and averages), and his review reads much the same as those who've given me 8s and 9s.

So why the low scores?   Just plain personal opinion, and likely because I'm not his type.  (Pretty much all of his reviews are petite/spinner ladies, most of them more than a decade my junior!)  So now I'm taking that into consideration.  
If the majority of a would-be client's reviews/Whitelists/OKs are of/from ladies who are very different from myself, then he could be setting himself up for disappointment.  Best for both of us to simply avoid that.  

 
Now, I'm only guessing as to what was in his mind, as he was not inclined to share with me lol.  
But the moment his review was posted, my business slowed down.  And that's just the nature of the review-beast.

Once a review more in keeping with my usual scores is posted, things will pick back up.  I speak from experience.

So it's not only a prospective client's scores & review-content habits which can influence whether or not some ladies will see him; it's also WHO that person has seen in the past.  

At least, that is now the case for me.   I really should not speak for others. LOL.

I gave my girl an 8/9 and was informed that I couldn't give that score by admin and had to reduce it to 7/7 to get posted...

Always check the reviews which stand out either side of the curve. Dig deep into those reviews and read other reviews he has given.
when in doubt send a PM and ask why?
I tend to be little liberal about it. I love girls unless something awfully went wrong

DebbieNoonerGirl, I've seen your photos, and if your face is as nice as your body, you're certainly a TER 9.  

Maybe the guy is trying to not grade on the TER curve, but rather on a realistic 1-10 scale.  

I rated a provider who has all 9's and 10's an 8, which I thought was generous, and caught hell for that. I gave another a 7 and I was being kind, but never heard a word. Never will. Another, who I was going to rate a 10/10 anyway, texted me to ask me to rate her 10/10.

If I see a reviewer usually scores 7's or 8's, and then see a 9, I figure she must be pretty good.

consistently leave low scores for providers they see.... saw one guy who gave me 5 both on performance and looks...

later i noticed he downgraded every provider he ever saw...after that happened i decided not to see guys who come across as "hard to please"...moreover, after that some other providers pm me and advised me not to see guys who consistently leave low scores...

i am usually very busy, once i was surprised how slow it was and looked online to check my reviews and there it was 5 for looks and 5 for performance freshly posted...while many clients told me that they usually do not pay attention on the score that seem to be out-of-character for the particular provider, bad review still affects the business..

He's only rated two women higher than you and both of them were as you said the "young spinner" type. I would hardly consider a 7 from him as anything to be ashamed of as almost all of his reviews score no higher than a 7 and most of the ladies are considerably younger than you.

I would hardly consider a 7-7 review of you to be a slam. It is unfortunate that your business fell off because of it, as I've said a thousand times MUCH too much is made of the numerical scores.

If you look at the profiles of the other ladies he's reviewed, most of his scores for them were what those ladies usually get.

Being that he doesn't usually score someone lower than her average, or typical scores, I would not consider him to be an all around stingy-scorer.  He gives 7s & 8s to ladies whose most frequent scores ARE 7s and 8s.  

Looking at my first page of reviews alone, one can see that 7s are not my norm.  Especially for performance.

 
But I don't consider his scores to be a "slam"..... however, they have had a negative impact.  That's all I'm saying.

And it's not just scores: I had a 9/9 review a few months back that basically said I'm overweight.  Guess what?  Business fell off then too, and did not pick back up until a wholly positive review was posted, with no mention of weight issues.

Funny thing: the guy who thinks I'm overweight?  Was completely mystified as to why I didn't want to see him again!  LOL. :-P

Still advertises on BP and Eros. Based on her photo's the 4-5 were more than fair. Some WK gave her an 8 at one point. Her TER reviews, and profile, are gone. One can only surmise that the scores killed her business to the point where no reviews were a better option.

why doesn't she offer CIM?

I often wonder if the ladies think before they agree to see certain hobbiests, low scorers might not be dangerous, but how do they get through screening?

Then again low scores could be a marketing ploy.

but I look hard at out of range scores because oftenb I find there's a reason...  his problem!  YET he down scored her anyway.  I allow one out of range per page of reviews.  I've heard others who throw out the high & low to be realistic.  
I must say that looking at the description for the number scores, I don't think 7/7 is a low score at all.  I would see 7's again.  Guys with some experience know how objective the scores are.  But I'm smart enough to look behind the number scores at the actual reviews to see if it sounds like someone I want to see.  I rely on the description much more

Agree.  When you see 1 or 2 that is out of the norm, I typically think the guy was a Dbag.

not a big deal. Experienced guys know to read the words in the review and not just go by the numeric scores.

1. Genuinely giant dicks and not talking about what's in their pants or 2. nice guys without the best luck.

I will ask about their score history and how they respond makes all the difference (often they turn out to be one of the 2 types of guy I just mentioned). I might still go for meeting them ... just depends.  
I try not to set myself up for failure seeing a guy who is already not going to give me a fair shake to begin with because already knows i'm not his type. I've gotten quite a few where they later revealed they wanted to see what my "skills" were like but they weren't particularly into me.....no thank you.
