you might try posting on your regional board and ask to be PM'ed with recommendations.

There are probably providers in EVERY hotel...  but public mention will bring LE to their door or YOU to the hotel's attention.

To generally meet expectations you can go with a 4 (or 4.5, whatever that is...) star place.
But if you're going to say high-end or upscale in your ad I would stick with 5 star hotels (with those slippers and candy as mentioned above. )

I think most of the 4 star chains will do.    

Just stick with the big ones and avoid high-end boutiques, because they will try very hard to get to know you and improve their services (which is probably not what you want).

There are so many sites out there where actual people have stayed and given feedback. Just make sure when you walk into the room you're not already on the bed, and look at what others have to say about it. It makes the difference because a hotel is only as good as it's staff, etc.
