We had a discussion a while back on the 2 hr minimum for first time appointments.  However, a few ladies have recently gone to a 3 hr minimum for all appointments.  

Isn't this a bit of overkill on the 2 hr theme?

I would book AT LEAST a three-hour minimum with Anne Francis as she looked in one of the best SF movies ever made; still holds up  very well for something made over a half-century ago.

I'm going to be in the DC area next month and I'm looking for outcall...a good number of girls require a 4 hour minimum!  Of course, that is partly to discourage outcall but wouldn't it be easier just not to offer it at all!?!?!?!

Minimum time appointments serve two purposes. The first is to squeeze as much cash out of a client while she has him hooked because there is a good chance he will not come back even though the service, date and overall experience is exceptional for both the client and provider.

The second purpose is providers try to screen out the low end riff-raff by setting minimum requirements. These providers also desire a high end clientele and are truly low volume.

But 2 hours, no way.

I don't have time for 3 hours appointments, so that's a nonstarter.

I would tell her that I would pay a portion at the beginning of each hour...

If it doesn't fit your needs go elsewhere.

If too few guys think it fits she will change it.

Not everyone rents a car, not everyone leases one, not eveyone buys.

I have seen minimums of a dinner date out there as well which often is closer to 5 hours.

Honestly, if a three hour minimum isn't in your budget or isn't of interest to you, see a provider who offers an hourly rate. It's really that simple.

Personally, I just implemented a two hour minimum, because most of my sessions were over two hours anyway, and I'd prefer not to book one hour dates that always go over time. Further, I do like getting to know my clients and one hour is not enough for ME. Most of my clients end up being repeats and regulars, so I prefer to actually KNOW them and not just their dick. This takes more than an hour for ME. Of course this isn't the case for all providers, so go see the ones that work for you.

And always sometimes it's not all about money either...since it's not like ladies who have minimums necessarily make more make than ladies with an hourly rate. It's not true. The hourly lady could make more than the multi-hour lady, so it's not always about money. Sometimes it's about volume and cutting back on the notches on one's bed post.

Oh and then of course you have some ladies who don't have to work as much because one or two gents book them for overnights or day engagements RELIGIOUSLY. So they can afford to say they aren't going to see new clients for hour engagements, because maybe they just don't want to...and since they don't HAVE to, they implement a minimum. Again, if it doesn't work for you...

most providers i know have a 2 hour minimum.... like myself i start at 1 hr time ....   but i can get alot done in an hour too so its their choice

I'll tell you why. It is like any business you continue to advertise or what others pass you by. Not everyone has steady strings of repeats or "overnights or day engagements".

You are right about part of your rant. That is we always have the opportunity to ignore those minimum hour dates and look elsewhere. Thank goodness that is so. Luckily many of us losers will not be calling on you for a 1-hour, but then how could we Ms. Johnson? lmfao

If a lady has a multi hour minimum, just respect it. She shouldn't have to explain it, and it really is no one's business.

Perhaps she doesn't want to have sex with 100's of guys, but just wants to have sex with a few that will still be able to pay her bills. Really, it's not fun or appealing to know you have had sex with 200 guys. If a lady decides she no longer wants that lifestyle and would prefer less friends which pays the equivalent of when she had sex with many, who cares?!?

Why even waste your breathe complaining about it? Any lady who chooses to have a multi hour minimum is well aware she will be losing out on the masses, and this isn't to say she thinks any less of gents who can't afford or don't want to book mulithours, she just doesn't have an interest. It's not that serious.

A lady can have a lot of repeat/regulars, but still advertise whether only once a month here or with a Eros ad, because it's foolish to put your eggs in one basket and if those repeats/regulars choose to not repeat in the future the lady will be shit out of luck. It would be foolish to just drop off of the face of the earth in terms of advertising as if those gents are a guarantee. Come on now, most of us aren't stupid when it comes to this being are survival.

You're silly and made me laugh, but I think most people know what I'm saying. Some providers just don't want to be fucked, they want a deeper connection and this is serious. I'm not just blowing smoke up your ass for marketing purposes, as I'm using an alias, but some ladies want a deeper connection. And just like I can't get to know a gent in 15 minutes, 30 minutes...I prefer not to spend an hour trying to get to know THEM (not just sex). If you can't grasp this, then there's no reason to try to explain it any further. We are all different, do what works best for you.

My preference is to book longer dates - at least dinner dates, usually overnights so a lady's minimum will rarely make a difference.

From what I have gathered over time. It is true that ladies who have longer minimums often have a small number of gents who book repeatedly. Why do they still advertise? Two basic reasons. First, two dinner dates from an ad in a year more than pays for the ad. Second, the gents they may say repeatedly change over time; one gent may stop and advertising and having dates with other gents means that there can be someone out there who then decides to repeat. It is the best way to keep options open when change occurs (and it will).

I know for myself, repeats are definitley the backbone of my business.  A lot of times I don't even see a new client contact me for weeks at a time.  The two-hour thing is iffy....personally I require 2 when asked to travel over 30 miles to meet a new client.  Basically because I would rather you come to me, but if you can't, then I'm willing for a little extra.  Why travel when I can stay put close to home where I know my safe comfortable surroundings. (also clearly stated on my site) Just my preference  I'm sure the girls who have the 2hr min is just their preference as well.

1 hr is a waste of time.

It takes at LEAST that for a lady to warm up to my fucking crazy-ass!

2 hr appointments but I do offer 1 hr appointments as well.Longer appointments allow me to get acquainted with  a new friend.1hr goes by so fast and sometimes goes over the time.Every lady works differently some require 2 or 3hr minimum and do not offer 1hr appointments at all.Thats the wonderful thing about this site there's so many ladies to choose from.If 3hr minimum is too much there's ladies that offer all kind of ranges for appointment times.

....I won't mention names, but the rates were always 4 hours for 2500 minimum for a date.
