that all the really high end girls are utr. There are no publec reviews of them. People that do pay for their services are not going to review them or give out information in public. There are ladies that charge thousands per hour. They are exclusive, and you only know about them through backchanneling. So it would be impossible to make a list of the 25 most expensive providers, but I guess you could make a list of TERs most expensive. (which kind of would answer part 2 of your question.) But the review search feature does not allow you to rank by price. You can do a search at certain price levels, but you would have to rank them manually.

Brianna Banks in LA is the highest hourly I found at $2000/hr, but my research is not done yet.

There is also Cassandra, TER ID 104584, listed at $25,000/hr for S&M, I'm pretty sure that's a typo though as her escort rates are $250/hr.
