IMO 25-35 can bump their rates. Still got the looks and generally have a better skill set.

18-25 can charge what they want cuz they can justify it.
25-35 = $250-$350
35-45 = $200- $25
45-55 = anything under $200
could join them taking care of the grandkids.

I'd do #2 and #3 for free (so long as they're nice, interesting, positive people) but keep my rates the same for everyone else. So #1 is the same as #5 in my book... Hot clients can be a real pain because they think that they're the sh**. Those fuckers think that they can show me how it's done!!!

18-25 = %50 penalty fee for being completely clueless. Offset discount for cumming in 5 minutes. Net-net, 25% increase in regular rate.
25-35 = same as above
35-45 = regular rate
45-55+ = regular rate + 25% up-charge for arrogance, unrealistic expectations and/or extra time needed to coax mr happy to life. Up-charge increases to %50 for any commentary about his wife being a hideous cow, any hint of an expectation of BBFS, or pointing out how grateful the provider should be to have his business in the first place.
Providers would need to tweak the structure. But, a good start. Whadda you think? lol....
I think BMI should be in the formula someplace. Not TOO thin (BMI very low = lower rate). Not TOO fat (BMI too high = lower rate).
But BMI is a great idea. I am going to place that on my website in a few. As well as the ranges so it makes sense.

It is usually the younger ones charging what you proposed for the above 30 group because they are not very good at much other than hotel calls for a while. much prefer providers to be at least late 20s otherwise i feel like a pervert.
