Who else charges $2,000/hr or more? I’m not finding a way to filter TER provider profiles by budget; perhaps the fellas here can help me out?

There are two “price” fill in boxes to use as a high and low.

If you look at the list starting at the tippy top 🔝  
$3,000 - 1 hour

except her value is set b y those who pay.  Otherwise her value is lost to those who don't/won't.

As someone who heavily researches TER, Tryst and other sites, there are some but it’s certainly rare air. Some are on TER and some have delisted. While you can filter TER, it’s only accurate if the provider has gotten their rates updated. A few providers in that territory update their ads and websites but not TER, so it makes it harder to find them.

Price is what you pay, value is what you get.

Then "Search Reviews."  Halfway down the page is PRICE FOR SERVICE.  The last line in this subsection has two boxes to fill in to set the price range.  Put $2000 in the first one.  Use the other drop-downs for any other filters you want, such as location.  Click "Search."  Voila!

Candice TER 261989, and has added Hilton to her name, has a 3 hour rate of $7500. Her VIP Overnight is $ 27000.  
I have seen a few other ladies on Tryst that are in the $3-4000/hr range.
I suppose it's like any other service.

that many among the results have left the business.   The results should be listed in chronological order, and once you get a year or more out you need to check their website link to see if they are still in the business.  There is nothing on their profile that can tell you that their current status is active for sure.  If the link to their current website is still active, there is good chance they are still seeing customers.

Bro, I straight-up disagree. Every person determines their own worth themselves. If you meant economic theory where value and price (supply) are determined by demand, then in this hobby we’re not talking about goods, we’re talking about living people. You shouldn’t forget that and throw around comments like that. After all, you’re actually communicating with these women, keep that in mind.
The value and price of the service are determined by quality of offer(set of skills and experience) + recognition. Porn stars set their rates based on their skill set plus their fame, and I’ve seen women charging $19k for a night where the girl offered literally everything, including total bareback.
The idea that such professionals might loose their value just because someone can’t afford it is absurd. I believe that if the price matches the quality, girls should raise it rather than catering to a market that can’t pay. Not every girl seeking traffic and approval from random people who will never see them. No value can be lost and be determined by wrong market.
