I've been getting VIP because of reviews, but am seeing fewer new ladies (but regulars more often) and don't want to fake reviews. I bought a prepaid burner AmEx to pay for the VIP, but neither card processor accepts AmEx, so I'll have to use that to pay for other stuff. Tried using my regular Wells Fargo card, but when Wells Fargo saw that it was for Segpay off a web site, they declined the transaction and put a block on the card. Money orders take a month.
It's your money and you have the right to spend it as you see fit. I bet if you call them and tell them exactly that they will allow the charge to go through. I don't carry a Wells Fargo card, but i use major bank cards to pay for my VIP without incident.
Give it a try, since when is your bank your moral compass?
The bank couldn't see what the payment was for, only for the credit card processor and that is was from the web. No moral compass involved, just a suspicious transaction from their perspective. Which CC processor do you use, Segpay or CCbill? Both have about an equal number of complaints about them, which seemed rather few.

which affected only some other merchants, BTW. But no guarantee that it won't be blocked again next time I try. Can't find any place that has $250 VISA gift cards, only AmEx.
You can buy a prepaid Visa/ MC for any amount between $20 and $500 at most CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, etc. Unfortunately that won't help you much because neither Segpay nor CCBill will process a prepaid card.
international purchases and recurring purchases. Both of which are synonymous with Segpay and CCBill. Even if you register them (under a pseudonym, of course).
The block was put into place because it could have been a fraudulent transaction. WF is only trying to protect their clients funds. All it takes is one call to clear the block and the transactions will go through in the future. No big deal.
TER used TrustCash for a while. A lot of TERers thought it worked great but TER stopped using it. Maybe the fees (to TER) were too high? I don't know.
Most anonymous US CCs don't allow international (non-US) payments because of Homeland Security (transfers to terror groups), drugs (money laundering), IRS / Treasury (hiding assets overseas) and so on. If you register the CC with a real name and real SSN, it can be done but many TERers prefer anonymity. Once in a while, someone will report successfully getting one or another prepaid CC to work but it doesn't seem to be guaranteed reliable.
I guess I'll have to send a money order when my time comes, but I wish TER would explain why they stopped using TrustCash
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
