I wish the photographers would stop shrinking the providers

I don't want it to seem like I am picking on Aldo, but he does wonders for the fat girls. I have noticed how he positions them to minimize the rolls or hide them completely.

The airbrushing is really out of control too. The smoothing of the skin and erasing of the imperfections, including cellulite bring a level of B&S to the table.

We have been so ingrained to accept this deception from the media over the years, but I am not fucking a cheeseburger or paying $400 for it.

A little more truth and honesty would be nice such as some candid or untouched photos.

I used E-Harmony several times times in the past. The ladies have all been really sweet, however, the pictures did not always tell the truth. The pictures were almost always thinner, younger pictures of the ladies.

When I posted pictures, I actually posted pictures that were not as flattering as they could have been. I know this could put the chances of meeting some women in jepoardy, but when the ladies finally saw me in person, they were so happy!

I see some providers using their professional photos for years at a time.
I noticed one touring provider put up an ad last week with photos from at least 3 years ago and she doesn't look like that anymore. In fact, when the photos were first taken they were airbrushed way too much.

It's a lot more likely that the girl that shows up looks like the girl in the picture.

The phone-cam-in-the-mirror shots suck tend to suck.  If you've got a client who has a real camera, trade an hour or two for decent pics, eh?

But otherwise, I think we're in agreement.  I'd actually rather see ladies in simpler, normal attire.

For example, I was with a lady a while back (not Ally!) and she wore skinny jeans and a slightly tight T-shirt and she looked incredible.

Ladies, I know you want to spend hundreds or thousands on shoots and outfits, but with a lot of guys, it's not really necessary.

I know for me I post a new cell phone shot every week with my ads. un airbrushed or messed with.
Also my most recent gallery titled "most recent gallery" on my site is all cell phone shots too. I however left the old gallery up because it photos taken by aldo as WELL as another photographer I had paid alot for. Keep in mind also , The victoria secret models go on liquid diets before shoots. WelL  I bet aot ladies here also do train harder tan more ect ect before the big paid pro photo shoot. They may not stick to that exact regime year round . I know for me my "fightin weight is 107-115"      then in winter in new england i tend to be around 125 in winter. i am sure most people living in fridgid climates put mabe 10 lbs on every winter, maybe not all, but if u dont wat to freeze your ass off. its a smart idea. and like the outdoors.
I d look for cell phone candid shots providers that use them are easy to find.
or you could also always ask . There s also p411 has a verified photo logo where they make u send a cell phone pic holding the date and if you do infact appear like the photos theyl allow you to have a "verified photo " logo.
I have my next glamour shoot coming up next week{the fancy airbrushed lala ones you do not like} but I will leave my cell shots up and continue to post a new weekly cell phone pic with my ad every week. Also keep cell phone candids un edited up on the web age, i think youare right it is probly a good idea to have both. so know one is disapointed.   looking normal and like I will look when you arrive.

like 15 years ago or more, I noticed that trend myself. That's when I first became aware that sometimes people lie on the internet :-)

I also started writing an "Internet-to-English" dictionary... one of my favorite entries was:

Internet: "I need to lose a few pounds"
English: "I need to lose a few pounds to get through my front door".

I never really understood the point of painting yourself, via photos or text, to be significantly thinner than you really are (on a dating site, anyway) because sooner or later you are going to meet, and you are just setting yourself up for the other person to look at you and go "yuck".

Now for providers, it makes much more sense because many are less-than-scrupulous, and just want to lure you in with the photos, and then they figure that your little head will get you to stay and pay. The really good and honest providers post either nothing but spot-on photos, or post a mix of classy, studio, airbrushed glamor shots, and candids that show the truth. I like the mix, myself.

Angel: you're beautiful. :-)

I didn't mean to sound negative in regards to fancy outfits, but the best photos on your site are the ones which have the simplest ones.

Good luck with the glamour shoot. :-)  But in my opinion, beautiful women don't need to spend a huge pile of money on clothes to look beautiful.

Ugly people do not know they are ugly and chunky people do not realize they are fat.

If you HAVE to hold the camera phone above your head and at an angle to ever get a thin photo of yourself, you are fat.

is that your cell phone and glamour photos do not look that much different.  Yes you can tell one is professional, but it's obvious that you are slim and attractive in both.  Not everyone can say that.

You really did make a good point.

I have heard the screams from providers who don't like their review scores and then they have the nerve to post and bitch about it. That is always followed up by a plethora of white knights to save them.

Too many mangina's will not tell the hooker that she is fat in the review.  Nope...they lie and then the next john walks in and is also afraid to tell the truth.

Then the guy that tells the truth is attacked by the same pathetic johns who don't have the stones to belly up that they overpaid for a fat old and ugly hooker with photoshopped pics.

But most guys back channel the real stories.  Notice the gals that offer those "discounts"...there's a reason for it!  And even if not publicly advertising...those same hookers are emailing guys of the "I'm lonely" shit.

It's not rocket science to know who's a fatty here.

I am a pretty decent photographer and I use a decent camera but nothing is airbrushed or photoshopped.
I dont know how to use photoshop and dont see the point.
I want my pics to look like me.
Even when I shoot with Aldo I use the proofs he doesnt photoshop my pics.
there needs to be truth in advertising

about making skin look amazingly smooth like models. Thin escorts also photoshop and edit their skin b/c men want to see ladies as completely flawless. So photoshop comes in handy for ALL women not just fat ones.

What's sad is how many ladies spend $$$$ on photographers who poorly photoshop their photos and then shill for those photographers on the boards. It seems men can't see the poor results or don't care, but it's obvious to those of us who're familiar w/ editing.

I am just now sorting through the photographs I had done on a professional shoot- my first (the photos currently on my site were taken by a friend).

I posted two that have been color-corrected, etc, on my blog, and recently asked a dear friend of mine what he thought. He said one was very sensuous (the one of me lying down) but the other isn't so flattering of me in his opinion (which I highly respect). I love them both. The one in the mirror shows my tummy. But I *have* a tummy. I don't want to hide it- I want whoever comes to see me to know I have a tummy. It is hard to choose between being honest and being flattering... if I only choose the photos that flatter me, I am not showing off who I really am. I want people who come to see me to come to see *me*- tummy and all. Of course honesty doesn't include showing my worst attributes in their worst light, but letting prospective new friends know what to generally expect when they walk through the door is important to me. Thoughts?

I am quite happy with myself and the gents who see me seem to be as well. And that's the thing- I won't try to hide that because I want men to come to me who are thrilled to see me- the real, rounded, mature me. Period. I am unapologetic about my indulgent figure. If a gent prefers a thinner lady, he has all the information he needs from my site to realize that I am not that lady.

Reflect your honesty.  Your clients desire the woman they have seen on your web-site, not the one that a photographer conjured up.    Couple that with the excellent service your clients appear to have enjoyed and I imagine you have a very succesful and fun business.

And I agree with your friend, I like the one of you lying down. : )

Thank you for such a sweet response. :)

Maybe I should keep all the old photos as well, or get some new amateur ones done by my friend. But at some point, you can probably have too many photos, too. Boy- this isn't easy stuff to figure out. Lol!!

Thanks again. I like the one lying down too. :) I am so happy with my photographer- he's really taken some cool shots.

Below are the pre-correction and post-correction next to each other. It's cool to see what can be done with a photograph without changing me too much. I can see where he took out the gouge in my shoulder from my bra strap, but everything else is pretty true to the original shot. Kinda neat!

where some ladies will post candids in their blogs, and maybe I will do that. (Lord knows I haven't been posting any writing to it, so might as well use it for pics!) I I like the idea of keeping things fresh and having a mix.

Has anyone told you that you look like Jane Seymour? Obviously I can't see your face, but everything else sure resembles her. :)

Yes, it's amazing that the upside down head hanging off the bed pose is used so commonly to try and hide the obesity.

How about the scrawny girl photos, concealing top or arm across the chest to hide the fact that you have no tits and bones showing on the rib cage?

sarcasm doesn't translate well here - I know, I've failed at it more than once. What I see is a skinny girl taking a shot at a fat girl. If I'm wrong, I apologize for my angry retort.

My husband takes all of my pictures and some of my shots come out just as good if not better than those you see done by Paid photographers. The reason being is if your paying someone to take you photo's for business than your not going to have as much fun during the photo shoot. Because you want to get the most for your money. Which makes Sence but in my pictures you can see that I'm having a blast during the photo shoot. And I think that alone makes a difference in its own, plus  showing all those's things that a paid photographier trys to hide is actually important because
all those little things they try to hide is what shows those's who look at our ads that our Pictures are REAL.
Also the photographier is not hiding those things to benifit the provider he or she doing it so they can use the image in his/her photography profolio to get NEW Gigs.

I'm of athletic curvy build (134 and almost 5'8) and can't believe a fellow provider would post this about our BBW girls!

Remember this- they can always lose weight-- SOME girls will always be a "one bagger"
