With the government making it hard for men to cheat with affairs, what will be the only way left?

I wonder if the Chinese government would be happier about play for pay instead.

Whoever wrote this piece seems unable to distinguish between the act of bigamy, and the act of cheating. Or perhaps it is the Chinese gov't who can't make the distinction.

While this marriage registry *might* curtail someone from engaging in bigamy, it is highly doubtful that it will have any impact on cheating.

I guess I can stop worrying about the Morals Police over here. We actually elected a guy after we had learned about not one, but two of his affairs, well ok, one was an attempted affair I guess. After Paula Jones got an eyeful of Willy's willie, she allegedly turned him down flat. Even still, no one kicked him out of politics calling him a "vile social and political influence" over his pecadilloes. Thank goodness we don't, we'd lose half of Congress in an instant.

Come to think of it, that's not a bad idea....

... is when the government will require mandatory paternity testing of all newborns in order to root out the massive levels of ongoing hidden cuckoldry?

...toward interfering with their citizen's access to the web (look at recent struggles with Google in restricting access to websites deemed politically and socially unacceptable), would TER (or its Chinese counterpart) be able to function in China? Seems that our Chinese brethren hobbyists would be at a severe disadvantage in terms of not being to look at ads, read reviews and do their research before venturing into the brave new world of "the hobby."

In some of our lifetimes, certainly our offspring's, China will be the super power. We can look back at these days as the good old days. When LE was only annoying and didn't take you out and shoot you in back of the head. That's gonna really curtail my hobbying.

That in most of China "Hobbying" is very socially accepted.  When you hire a Provider she typically charges you the Sales Tax which is kicked up to the regional government.  P4P is easy, it is the keeping of multiple households that is the issue that they seem to be addressing...  And frankly THAT just seems to be a huge Hassle!  *grin*

Hobbying is not difficult in China, at least for westerners (who can afford it). The bath houses (which are ubiquitous, and legally operate as such) also offers private rooms to relax and get a "massage". Prices are cheap by western standards, but expensive for the average Charlie.

Hobbying in Asia/China much easier than Stateside and safer.  Until you've tried, you'd never know.  :-)

The reason why is because sexual inhibitions are prevalent in the West because of our puritanical moral Christian indoctrinated belief system that puts a stigma on sex.  In Asian countries they never had that bullshit programming in society to begin with.
