I am a little surprised that many providers seem uninterested in role play scenarios. On the practical side, I can somewhat understand -- it is just something extra and time consuming for her. And, it makes it so that the entire hour (or whatever) is used up -- no prospects that the client will cum quickly and leave. Yes, I know some advertise for dominatrix stuff -- but I'm not into that.
I've had a couple really nice role playing experiences. Once I suggested that I would arrive as a 'handyman' and she would play the 'seductive housewife.' We both stayed in character the entire session. It made it seem more 'real' and less business-like for me. With another provider we agreed to meet in a public place, and act as if I was picking her up, as if we had never communicated previously.
For me, the seduction scenario leading up to sex can sometimes be more thrilling that the act itself.
But I have found that many providers don't seem to want to bother. And, for those who are willing, they don't seem to advertise this much.
Where to find or advertise for willing participants? Any suggestions?
Yeah this is an idea I've had as well, have not yet done it. I will eventually do it with a provider I've seen at least once, so she's more comfortable. In my idea role play is more fun if you know the persons actual personality. So I say pick someone you like, see her as she is and bring it up during the session. She'll either like it or not, there are scripts you can get too, makes it easier.. On another note aren't we roleplaying already? Hooker/John, are we really those people?

I love it but I mean....,if the lady has a site an lists she's fetish friendly then go for it.
I think you should just do like a in search of for whatever city you are in, but some girls put they are into role play in their ads, or they say they are open-minded. I would just find a girl that you like and ask her, and also do some research on ads that mention role play.

I have found a number of ladies that are more than willing to engage in roleplay. I usually ask about it only after I have already seen a provider at least once (so that I know that we are compatible). I will usually either ask towards the end of a session so that I know for next time or in a follow-up e-mail or call when I'm interested in booking a second session. I have found that there are a number of providers who are willing to engage in roleplay with a client they have already met (as long as the proposed roleplay isn't too "out there").
Ask and ye shall receive is my motto.
I have had ladies who I had a hunch might enjoy a particular scenario I had in mind - after meeting them once for a "standard" meeting, asked later about the roleplay scenario, and could practically hear them squeal with pleasure in their return email and had the best sessions of my life. Neither woman advertised for it at all, just made a great honest open connection.
It can be found, Bro - but not very likely to be really good for a first date.

Of course, it depends on how lavish and what kinkiness you want. However, I've done role play with several friends, and they've loved it.

I would find the ladies that you are interested in and then view their ads and website for a mention of fantasies/role-playing.This should not be hard at all as there are more than a few ladies that do offer this.I have done role-playing and can be quite fun and different from the norm.Nice to spice it up a bit.
Croissants are my favorite, but English Muffins and Scones will suffice in a pinch.

There is a time and place for everything. Intimacy and connection...pure animalistic lust...Dominance...submission...and certainly the child-like playfulness of role play.
Role play can be intimidating at first for some... Playing with an experienced partner that can help the novice feel comfortable, plus pick up the slack in the improvisation and dialogue, will be part of what makes someone want to try it again or not. Role play certainly expands well beyond BDSM, and I've enjoyed any number of scenarios like: naughty nurse/patient, student/teacher, & boss/secretary. I also enjoy variations on age play, elder seducing someone younger, ect. I have yet to find something I *wouldn't* role play on, but I do not take fantasy as being reality either. (ie: incest scenes seems to be controversial for some...)
I did a great duo one time where the male friend was the "son" of my girlfriend and I. He was just getting ready to go off to college and was helping with a project we ladies were working on...he came to our room to look for his mom but she wasn't there. We offered to let him come in and wait...offered him a glass of wine (we promised not to tell his mom!), then let him take a shower since he was all hot and sweaty from helping set up our event. Of course, we then seduced him and took turns having our way with him, again promising not to tell his mom. 
Bar pick ups are another favorite scenario... 
Don't know what to tell you about finding a good role play provider other then through word of mouth and ISO's. It does not tend to be a service included in standard GFE offerings.
