How come Oprah can have an afternoon, prime time television hour devoted to sex

But if a guy like Howard Stern uses the word "penis" on an early morning terrestrial radio program he is viciously attacked by the Christian Right and heavily fined by the FCC?

Saw an ad for Oprah and it says an hour of jaw dropping talk all about sex.  Monday on Oprah.
Hmmmmm does she know something we don't???

Should be fun to watch.
