I was describing a bunion I'd developed from running and, while passing a hot secretary's desk, described it to a colleague as "all red, bulging out and throbbing."  She hadn't heard the subject was a bunion and started giggling salaciously.

But that said, I reacted that way to these words when I was in Jr. High, so nothing new from the hobby.
