It's one thing to be high profile, but yet another to throw yourself in the spotlight and become a target for it.
If said provider is retired, different story. If it is done under complete anonymity then perhaps a different story, but a current working girl shouldn't do it. Recent event/s prove that.

I don't like or trust the media. They will throw anyone under the bus for a few ratings points because of their tabloid mentality.

humiliate my poor child who is innocent in all of this, and did not ask to have to deal with my actions, and toss any possible chance for the career I have literally worked my ass off for!  Does that answer your question?

I would not go on tv, or do a documentary unless I had no kids... My daughter is little, and I dont want her shunned by friends and others because of my choices and the resentment and anger she would hold onto...  

life changes and even though today you may not have anything to fear or lose, you just never know down the road what may be in store.
