I love the smell of women laced in nice perfume. I like the smell of freshly washed hair. I especially prefer a hint of fruit.
A huge turn off is if they don't smell clean. If they don't smell clean down there it is a boner killer. Same with smoke in hair or on breath. I can live with it at the end of the day. My preference is wear perfume.
I understand why some guys can't bring the scent home, but it doesn't matter to me. I do love it when a provider smells great and we're doing it missionary. I can smell her hair and body simultaneously. It is very erotic and takes the session to the next level.

Not smelling good down there is indeed a boner killer for me as well , doesn’t matter how hot she otherwise looks . I once drove 60 miles to see someone who I had seen before and who just had the most amazing body and sexy face . When we undressed , I had the feeling something was not right and the minute I went down to daty I knew why . Spent the remaining session trying to climb out of a ditch ..

Estrogen produces pheromones that aid with arousal. The studies are still on going, but they are there so I can absolutely agree where you're coming from.
For myself, I rely more on natural products on a day to basis to keep smelling fresh and help along my natural glow. It helps with getting ready for dates immensely! (professional or otherwise 
) I'm also really picky about perfumes. I don't think most people understand that not all perfumes go with all body odors and I try my best to "match" the perfume with my body so that all my phermones blends in well together. That is so true ! I also suspect any girl who has dated long enough IRL knows what fragrance turns potential mates on . Some providers who want to keep personal life and work separate may intentionally not use that same perfume / body freshener but then the result is mixed at best and downright turn off in many cases

I'm not sure what the fashion industry standard is, and I don't want to be overwhelmed when I walk in the door, but the scent should be noticeable about a foot away from wherever my nose may wander.
On the other hand, it doesn't work both ways. There's an old provider adage that "if it smells like cologne, leave it alone."
...Clean & natural is best for me I have never liked perfume, it leaves me wondering what they are trying to hide & deodorants taste awful, scrubed clean & teeth brushed is the way they get me, so that is what I request from my dates.
I'm of two minds about perfume--musky and patchouli-ish frangrances perk me up, and if a woman wears Courrèges--ah--memories again--but I can't afford to go home with perfume on me, so I'm glad most providers don't seem to go in for it much. (That Courrèges, lovely as it is, got me in a heap of trouble years ago.)
But I love to drink in a woman's natural fragrance, especially once her clothes are off. And the aroma of that blissful honey pot, ahh, there's just nothing better than that.
some scents absolutely ruin it for me, i dont smoke so cigarette smoke takes me out of it mentally pretty quick b/c i cant help but think about how the awfulness of the smell.
on the other hand, perfumes or body lotions that providers wear are great. i only wish those scents didn't stick on your clothes. none in particular, but its particularly great when you catch a whiff of the scent elsewhere later on and it brings up all the awesome memories.
