Do You Want BBQ in Memphis?

I have traveled to Memphis on business for 20 years. The highlight is visiting Cozy Corner BBQ, a local favorite and the best BBQ place in Memphis. The Beef ribs are amazing. The Brisket and Pork ribs fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. Three types of Sandwich plates come with slaw and sauce. The Wings are a local favorite. There are five BBQ Sauce types and a large selection of sides. The meal is worth the detour to Memphis, the Home of the Blues, and the Birthplace of Rock' n Roll.

Germantown Commissary just east of Memphis is my go to. Great all around.
