I am a long time hobbyist based in Memphis. I do travel frequently outside of Memphis and see girls in other cities. I am very disappointed in the local providers and mainly see touring providers in Memphis and I am mostly happy with the encounter. The problem with touring girls is that sometimes there are weeks that no one is touring and then all of a sudden there will be 2-3 girls touring in a few days.
I have spoken with a few well reviewed ter girls and they are willing to tour Memphis if they know more guys are going to see them. I am sure there must be guys (and girls) in Memphis who would like to see well reviewed ter providers. My very simple approach is to have a group of like minded individuals who like seeing well reviewed ter girls (range 300-600) and we can coordinate our schedules to ask the girls to come and visit.
