I'm looking for a good recommendation or 2 for an upcoming visit.  There doesn't seem to be much of a bodyrub or massage community in Nashville so any help for an out of town visitor would be appreciated.  Also any good local outdoor dining places with good atmosphere and food I'd appreciate.

I'm visiting Nashville 12/9-12/10 and do bodyrubs as well
