How to update TER profile for providers?

I am very grateful to TER that we can now post reviews to an existing profile without filling out the complete form as if we were creating a new profile from scratch, but the downside to that is that I don't think we're able to edit the profile, and if we can, I haven't quite figured out how. Now I totally get that only the provider has the power to update her own profile if she claimed it, but in this case I'm only talking about unclaimed profiles. What if I think she's taller than what my predecessors had thought, or what if she's mixed and I'd like to list more of her races than what they'd thought about adding? Better yet, what if she started offering more services since her last review and I want to improve her brand by adding them to her profile? Is there a way to update unclaimed provider profiles, and if so, how? If not, I would like to suggest enabling that option for the common reviewer as I really think it would help avoid confusion with what clients are expecting when they get in a room with her.

Agreed.  TER has never confirmed my belief, but when we search and read our own reviews ("My Reviews") from our own TER account ("My TER"), we can see what we entered on the form, even if it is different from the existing Profile. If WE can see it in the record, it means that TER can see it in the record.
.
It has never been the case that changing a field let to an immediate change in the Profile w/o some other sort of action (Problem Report; Contact Us). However, the cumulative changes in the field could give TER more and better data to justify a Profile change.
.
If the first reviewer entered "No" for a particular data field and several subsequent review forms entered (in the editable fields) Y Y Y N Y N Y Y Y N Y Y ... it would be a pretty simple matter for TER to confirm a Problem Report and then change the Profile to Y.
.
I have also suggested that it would give Reviewers a sense of empowerment if they felt that their effort was worth more than 15 days of VIP.  If TER actually posted cumulative data (or the latest 5 or 10) as a sort of moving average, it would give clients an idea of trends and what to expect. E.g., some Providers start out CIM - Y (or N) and drift toward CIM - N (or Y) as their business model changes. If some of the data fields showed that, it might look like: N N N N Y N Y Y Y Y and show the trend toward Y and a better likelihood of Y.
.
You can imagine it working for other fields, too, like Build, assuming the Adjectives actually mean anything. (I'll just use T thin, A average, F fat.) But if you saw a trend like T T T A T A A A F A A F F F F you'd figure out that she is gaining weight or F A F A A A T A A T T T T T that she is losing weight.
.
I think that the data from EDITABLE data fields is a potentially very valuable resource but TER has totally cut themselves off from it by locking the auto-filled fields of the Review form.
.
BRING BACK EDITABLE DATA FIELDS.

First of all, in the past before there was pre filled review forms, you were required to fill in all the boxes in the profile, but none of what you put in there changed the profile. The initial reviewer set the profile and it didn't matter what anyone else put in the profile in subsequent reviews. Only problem reports changed the profiles. Now it is the same. Only Problem Reports change the  profile.

Your other comment that only providers can change their profile is also completely untrue. Any TER member can change a profile by submitting a problem report along with some type of new it makes no difference whether it is a claimed or unclaimed profile.

You can't simply make an assertion that, for example, she's 5 or 10 years older than her profile says.  You also need to submit some proof, such as that she's been listed as being the same age since 2005.

The last sentence in my post got fucked up and its too late to edit it. It was supposed to be two sentences, as follows:

"Any TER member can change a profile by submitting a problem report along with some type of proof. It makes no difference whether it is a claimed or unclaimed profile."
