In any case, your second suggestion is a good one, and has been suggested here in the past. While you can search a range for height, hair length, breast size, breast cup and a few other parameters, you can't for hair color, ethnicity, build, and many others. If you seek more than one ethnicity or build etc, you need to perform multiple searches, and it would be nice if TER gave us a way to select more than one option in a single search.
As for your first idea, I think it is a bad one. It would just be a popularity contest, and all those things are subjective anyway, (just like rating scores). And how do you judge the "tightest pussy?" Gynecologists' measurements? Tightness will be heavily influenced by the size of the shlong.
