Why not fix it so ignoring the handle does not automatically ignore the alias?

... Aliases into the Ignore User bin.

Currently, only real TER IDs can be placed in  the Ignore User bin.

By placing Aliases in the Ignore User bin, that will prevent folks who do not want to receive any PMs from people with Aliases.
