I have reported a problem to update my cost of services & nothing has happened. Days have gone by & I am curious as to why? I lowered my tributes on my site, but am having issues here on TER. Does anyone know how I can get help without asking over & over with no response?
Do you mean uses the Contact Us link to tell TER about the issue or that you clicked on some Report Problem link on your profile? (No idea how the profile will look to the provider under her account).
If you just clicked on a report problem link that might not have done much if TER also needs to have some information you did not include. My understanding is that Problem Reports are supposed to be really obvious issues that don't take much in the way of investigation or judgement call. I have the impression that the setup on that functionality doesn't really support back and forth communications. The Contact Us functionality does support followup communications and, I assume, some threaded communications in the system to provide a discussion history like one would expect from any customer support help tool.
