Only two hours? All posts to P&R are moderated (I think). I have had posts sitting in the P&R queue for as many as 15 hours.

(I don't think they just read and post in sequence. Some mods probably just post the "easy" ones quickly but leave others in the queue for someone else to check for postability. But when a post goes up, it has the time stamp from the time of SUBMISSION, not actual posting. Some threads end up looking strange, where a post from 2 hours ago seems to ignore older posts, but that's because the older posts weren't actually posted until AFTER the "2 hour" post went up.)
