Just a question and not really a complaint.  

I've posted a few times using an alias.  it seems that my posts take forever to get approved.  I'm never rude, and specifically, the ones I'm asking about are about as far from contraversial as possible...

I chalked it up to overloaded TER staff...but the odd thing is...I see other posters replying to a thread that *I* posted, and having a discourse, but my replies don't show up.

is there a heirarchy that you use to validate posts?  or do you randomly jsut plow through them?  

I'm more interested in the process than in being critical.  Am I doing something wrong in the post submission process (other than being impatient?)
