Website links missing from new reviews?

I've noticed that a LOT of new reviews seem to have no website links. Why are all of these reviews being approved? I thought that this site was specifically targeted toward reviews of providers with web advertisements. I'd understand if a few of them were  missing or if these were old profiles whose links had since expired. These are clearly new profiles and they have "Report New Website" with a phone number and (maybe) an email address.

My apologies if this question has been asked and answered already. Thanks for your time.

Seems like last week (late May 2007) there were a bunch of ones that looked like this review...

Now, I can understand one or two but at the time I was looking over the latest reviews and I saw (approx.) a half dozen like that in a single day...one new review posted for the provider and no website. It's frustrating enough when I come across the occasional review that's obviously a fake...these reviews with missing websites are almost as bad, though!

Like I said, though, it's not been an issue this past week so I guess it was just a fluke.

TER systems regularly checks the websites listed in reviews, If they no longer work, the link is changed to "Report a New Website".

Actually, this is a good thing:

1) It keeps you from wasting time.
2) If you can provide the new site, you can receive a few days of free VIP by reporting it.
3) By handling it this way, if a lady exits the business, and decides to come back, she doesn't have to start from scratch, she only needs to report her new site.
