Wrote a jQuery based greasemonkey script that makes the visible area on escort pages larger and creates thumbnails (with hover) from the images.  It is still a bit rudimentary, but it helps in browsing content quickly and reducing scrolling.

Just install greasemonkey for firefox and after a restart go install the script if you want it.

Just updated the script to make it much smoother.  Images are hoverable allowing easily enlarging images.
