How often can a provider post ads?

I can't find it now but the policies used to state that a touring ad could be placed in another city (in addition to your own local regular ad) as long as it was clearly a touring ad - i.e., the subject line indicated the days that you were visiting the other city.

I don't know why I can't find it now... if anyone does, a link would be nice.
