I would love a way to see when I'm allowed to repost my ad because as a newbie I'm constantly posting and reporting ads, I don't always know if I'm over posting and I'm not trying to spam.

Also,

I would really appreciate a separate sign up for providers/better way to identify providers from hobbyists. Or an alternate way to verify yourself when you sign up, relying on reviews in order to establish yourself as a provider is very difficult if you just started in the adult entertainment industry. Hobbyist sometimes misspell your name or info and it would be better to be able to make a profile yourself and then they can search and add a review. Plus ladies that don't want any reviews can benefit too instead of making you all remove it.

Provider ad posting guidelines can be found in the self help center.  

Your provider profile must be garnered through a review. You can't make your own profile, lol. It would be totally abused. However, you can update your profile (if warranted) after you have a review.    

Newbies form a line, exit to the left. Hit TER General Boards scroll southward and you will find it.

Why should ladies who don't want reviews benefit from this site?

By benefit I mean not have a profile at all. I have a provider friend who doesn't do reviews for legality reasons and gets so irritated that some random person can write a review and make a profile for her, it makes no sense she didn't approve that.

Consent is necessary and with this system it is not.

I have a review. I'm asking for providers to make their own profiles not their own reviews. Why shouldn't a provider be able to make her own page? For me I have had ways to contact me that I did not want posted that was provided by one of my clients. I should be able to set up my profile NOT reviews.

thought you meant a provider should benefit by being able go postfree ads etc., and use TER to get business while notallowing reviews. To that I say bullshit! Why should they benefit from a review site while not allowing reviews? Why should they even be on a review site, if they don't want reviews?

After reading your reply it sounds like youare talking about notwanting reviews but getting them anyway: Well that is veryeasy to fix.
If she has a "no review" policy TER will delist her. If someone already submitted a review of her, she can contact TER and have her profile removed. Delisted ladies are not allowed to be reviewed or even mentioned on the boards. There is an exception for ripoff reviews.  
She should also mention on her website that she doesn't allow reviews. You really do need to spend some time on the newbie board and reading the self help center, before you come to the suggestion board trying to change things you don 't even understand.

While providers can benefit greatly by being on TER and there are a lot of features geared toward providers. (lots of good info about the hobby, free ads, free limited VIP, etc.) Providers have a lot of control over their profile after it is created. However, tHis is still a hobbyist site. This is after, all "The Erotic Review," a review site created by a hobbyist for hobbyists

And you have a lot of control over it then.
Why shouldn't a provider be able to make her own page? Because this is a review site, not an ad mall.

Nowhere did I mention anything about you setting up your reviews.
A profile "garnered" through a review means that the profile is collected from information submitted by the reviewer.  

Your first reviewer, Abravenel had completed your profile while submitting the review.  

As far as providers starting their own profiles, that has never been allowed on TER. It would be abused with providers creating multiple profiles in order to attempt to "beat the system". In addition, provider profiles without reviews would be worthless. There is no place for them.  

You can make certain changes by submitting a problem report or the "contact us" tab.

Things have changed. If a lady has ads and/or a website online, TER will post a review whether she has a "no review policy" or not. To delist, the lady must take her ads & website down.

I've never been interested in delisting myself (and I'm fine with reviews) but a while back I asked TER admin (via "Contact Us" link) about these "no review policies" after seeing lots of active, reviewed ladies with this wording on their websites. If a lady is active & has online ads and/or website, they will post the review. This came straight from TER admin.

A lady can still ask gents not to post reviews. They may or may not respect her wishes

That sentence is right at the top, in bold, in the information about delisted providers, from the self help center. I have also seen that rule used to delist a provider, just a few weeks ago.

Now are TER rules enforced consistantly? No they are not. Also when you talk to admin, you sometimes get different answers depending which admin you are talking to.

I'm well aware of the delisting information provided in the Self Help Center. That is exactly what prompted me to message TER admin to ask. There have been many discussions among ladies (on various message boards) over the past year or two regarding how to delist and what instructions TER admin gave those ladies. Removing websites & ads seems to be commonly required now, regardless of what is noted in the Self Help Center.

I don't doubt your anecdote of a lady being delisted due to posting a No Review policy a few weeks ago, but from the discussions I've read, that hasn't been a reliable way to get delisted in years.
