Are the photos real? ...and are they a fair representation of the provider? ...be changed from a yes/no to a % that answered yes?
It is my understanding that this is set by the first reviewer and rarely changes even though subsequent reviewers answer the question. I think it would benefit the community if we could see what the % is that answer this with a yes.
I know we probably get this from the appearance score and the write up of the encounter, but sometimes that is subjective and based on the reviewers bias.
It is a minor item, but could enhance things if not too much work is involved to update.
