I Don't Know if this has been covered before, but can there be some effort in minimizing the Don't Know response to provider profiles? Seriously, how helpful is it when you have 19 possible services offered and 16-18 Don't knows? It makes the search feature almost useless.
I guess it all goes back to the problem that the initial reviewer essentially establishes the services offered list.
the profile. As you said the profile is set by the initial reviewer, and there's a good chance he (or she) did not know about any services he(she) did not receive. A new provider with just a couple of reviews with a bunch of "don't knows" can be expected, but a provider with 15 or 20 reviews should not have a profile littered with "don't knows." A lot of reviewers somehow do not know about updating profiles via problem reports (or they are too lazy), and a lot of providers don't realize they can update their own profile once it is created.
