I admit I'm guilty of hi reviews early on due to the fact that I was a newbie.  Maybe TER should allow guys to go back 2 years and re rate their numbers now that they have a better perspective.  And they actually have to grade on the looks in particular versus what us advertised. Service shouldn't be graded so much on what was done or available.  Maybe ad a rating from 1 to 10 regarding the overall experience

TER has too much invested in the review system to permit any serious change. They've got to know how seriously flawed it is, but they have no incentive to fix it because it's a money-maker.  Also, can you imagine the shit storm the hookers would throw if their scores were lowered? TER has no interest in provoking something like that.

... which is, see the provider again.  If that makes you change your mind about your rating, or anything else about your old review, you can rewrite your review and change the rating.  That would actually be more fair to the provider, in that your new rating would be based on her current appearance and performance, not your memory of it from ~2 years ago.
