I submitted 2 problem reports (Michelle & Danielle) on 12/8 regarding errors in the profile.  One shows no phone with contact to be by email only, but under email says none.  The other shows BBBJ, but the only couple of reviews there are both mention covered in the details.  Very obvious errors to me, yet these reports were "unapproved."  Someone needs to start paying better attention before making decisions on these reports.  It's not the first time it has happened either..it continues to be very frustrating.

reservation form in the website, hence no email address.  There is an alternative email address of [email protected].  However, I believe they still required the same personal info listed in the reservation form.
