"check all" and "clear all".

Just hit them both and you're good.

...your sent folder. "Check All" / "Clear All"  You can check all then look to the right and click delete checked or hit clear all. Do this on each page.  

You want to empty the whole thing (every page) with just one click? It's better to go page by page. That way you can be certain you want all of them deleted.
