I recently ran a search and was checking the more recent results -- specifically providers who had at least one review in 2007.

The search said one of the ladies had a Feb 2007 review, but when I checked her profile none of the reviews was from 2007, they were all from 2005.

It's not a big deal, I'm just curious about how the dates are generated.

The date is updated anytime there is a change in the profile.  New reviews will do it, of course, but so will a change brought on by a problem report.  So if a lady hasn't had a review for a few months and someone files a problem report for a rate change posted on her web site (or whatever), she goes right back to the top of the "recent" search list.
